Job Description – SFO After School Activities Leader

General tasks

– Facilitating children’s play, learning, and development.

– Contribute to good routines for the individual child’s well-being and development.

– Contribute to good cooperation between home and school, and show respect and concern for children and parents.

– Ensure children’s and parents’ participation is secured.

– Document the planning and implementation of measures.

– Document deviant events in the company’s deviation system, Green Job.

– Plan and carry out work as required, and follow internal routines.

– Commit to receiving guidance and training, as well as carrying out assigned tasks.

– Stay up-to-date with the current regulations, laws, rules, and guidelines in the field.

– Follow developments within your own and the sector’s professional field.

– Actively participate in planning, planning days, staff meetings, and other meetings in school and SFO.

– Contribute to a good working environment.

 

Tasks as a leader:

– Educational leadership and personnel responsibility.

– Lead and further develop the after-school program (SFO).

– Cooperation and coordination with the principal, school business manager, and other school staff.

– Activity responsibility for SFO and daily follow-up.

– Participate in the work with the children.

– Administrative work:

  – Purchase of food.

  – Purchase of supplies.

  – Participate in recruitment.

  – Knowledge of finance and invoicing for parents.

  – Reporting to Udir for grants every year on October 1st.
