Job Description – SFO Assistant
General Tasks:
Facilitate children’s play, learning, and development.
Contribute to establishing good routines for each child’s well-being and development.
Support good cooperation between home and SFO (After School Program), showing respect and care for both children and parents.
Ensure that the participation of both children and parents is maintained and respected.
Actively participate in all activities involving children, both indoors and outdoors.
Document the planning and implementation of various measures.
Create a caring environment for children, focusing on their safety, educational play opportunities, and meaningful free time.
Plan and execute work according to needs, while adhering to internal procedures.
Commit to receiving guidance and training, and carrying out assigned responsibilities.
Stay up to date with current regulations, laws, and rules applicable to the field.
Stay informed about developments in your field and within the sector.
Actively engage in planning, attend planning days, staff meetings, and other SFO-related meetings.
Contribute to creating a positive working environment.
